I really dislike these ones. They are made from a cheaper plastic (so they feel thin and flimsy) than the other ones I have and the nipple/collar is way smaller. The bottles themselves are also shaped differently and have a much thinner neck so there is always milk left in the bottle no matter how much I tip it. The nipple also leaks every time I use them to feed where as the other bottles of the same brand do not and as you can see from the picture the nipple is larger and the bottle has no neck so no milk is wasted! I am not going to continue to use these and will be purchasing more of the "simple and natural" line of Nuk bottles!

We didn't have any issues with the flow or anything like some of the other brands that we've tried. The formula doesn't drip out either. Since we switched to the NUK bottle, he burps well, eats well, and has way less gas! He took to it right away too. Thanks to the product, mealtime isn't nearly as frustrating anymore and boy am I glad! I'm not sure I could have dealt with having to try more bottles.
Pros:
The best thing about this bottle is the nipple. It's soft and thick- but not to the point where it's flimsy! Because of that, the baby has no problem latching on to it. The hole is also at the top of the nipple so the formula doesn't go straight to the back of the throat (most of them have it on the tip instead).
On top of that, it doesn't collapse! They are reasonably easy to clean too, I would just recommend getting a set of bottle brushes ( I have this set but there are a lot of options. ) I noticed when I just toss them in my dishwasher sometimes some residual milk doesn't get completely removed, could be my dishwasher but better safe than sorry! Did I also mention that the design is super cute? That's probably one of the reasons that I got it in the first place, hah! I've always had a soft spot for cute things.
Lastly, the price. Compared to other brands, these ones are super reasonable. We've ordered more expensive bottles in the past and they don't even work as well! If you ask me, they're definitely worth every penny (they're cheaper too if you buy them online as opposed to in stores!).
Cons:
The only thing I have to say is that you have to be careful with the positioning. The way the nipple is shaped, you have to make sure that you hold it right side up. Otherwise, the bottle might leak from the valve. Be careful when you're shaking it too- some of it can spill out. Then again, messes are inevitable anyway when you have a messy baby so I guess it's not that big of a deal.
Overall:
The NUK bottle really works like a charm. Since we've gotten it, our baby has eaten way more during his feedings. Like we said earlier, the nipple design is great. It's soft, thick, but easy to latch onto. No problems during mealtime whatsoever (except maybe for the occasional leak but that's probably our fault). If your baby is anything like ours, they'll take to it right away! We haven't tried this yet but we've also read that you can switch the nipples into a spout to turn them into sippy cups. We're definitely going to give that a try once he gets older (we'll be sure to report back afterwards).
So, we started trying other brands. Friends gave me Tommee Tippee, Lansinoh, and Dr. Brown's bottles to try and he refused those in addition to still refusing the Philips Avent. In desperation we tried a Nuk bottle I'd received as a sample from some baby sample kit I'd gotten while pregnant (from Motherhood clothing store I think?). I didn't try it sooner because I thought the nipple was weird shaped but to our surprise he took this one happily. I didn't want to get too excited though so we tried it every evening for a week and he continued to happily take it!
I can't sing enough praises for this bottle. It's literally the reason I'm able to be away from him for any length of time. I can return to work this week without being afraid he'll starve and I'll have to quit my job. Thank you Nuk!
